Participants will be trained in the use of The Unit Organizer which is a research-based tool from The University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning. The Unit Organizer will help teachers think about how to connect content in units to help students retain new learning and how to deliver content in a more meaningful way. Participants will be expected to meet as a group at least twice during the school year to discuss implementation.
